The Securities Commission’s (SC) Guidelines on Social Exchange Platforms issued on 19 September 2025 set out the regulatory framework for Social Exchange Platforms (SEPs) in Malaysia. These are electronic platforms facilitating fundraising by non-profit organisations (NPOs) for social impact projects.
