Do you know?

Johor‑Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS -SEZ)
Johor offers lower corporate‑scale electricity tariffs (about 60% cheaper for businesses than Singapore) plus much cheaper rents (roughly 75% lower for offices). At the same time, companies can still tap Singapore’s well‑developed capital markets and financial infrastructure, so the SEZ is effectively a tax‑efficient, Singapore‑adjacent operating base for MNCs looking to re‑position supply chains.
